Austin and Carnley have a new Duty Solicitor bringing the number of Duty Solicitors in the firm to four.
Alan Kells has just become our latest Duty Solicitor having taken less than a year to complete the required assessments to become a Duty Solicitor, congratulations to him.
By becoming a Duty Solicitor Alan is a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme. The scheme is responsible for assessing and reviewing Duty Solicitors across the country. He therefore joins an elite band of Criminal practitioners trusted with the responsibility of giving advice to people at both Police Stations and Magistrates’ Courts. The level of expertise to become and continue to be a Duty Solicitor has a direct benefit to our client’s in the high quality of legal advice and representation we are able to offer.
If you have any Criminal matter which you would like to discuss with Alan or any other member of the Crime team please contact us on 01525 372140 or via email alank_at_austinandcarnley.co.uk.
