Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Austin & Carnley Solicitors

At Austin & Carnley we are committed to fostering a fair, inclusive and supportive workplace for all.  As part of our regulatory obligations, and our broader commitment to transparency, we publish anonymised diversity data.

This data is based on voluntary responses from our staff.  It informs our efforts to promote equity, opportunity and belonging at every level.  We believe that diverse teams drive innovation, foster creativity, and reflect the communities we serve.  We’re proud to share our diversity data as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and progress.  The categories reported include:

  • Age distribution of employees

  • Ethnicity of employees

  • Ethnicity of employees by role

  • Social mobility indicators, including parental occupation and type of school staff attended between the ages of 11 and 16.

We recognise that diversity is about more than data.  These insights support our ongoing work to ensure everyone at Austin & Carnley feels valued, respected and empowered to thrive.
