I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Austin & Carnley, particularly the ever professional Jeanie McCaw and Samantha Bartram.
Jeanie handled our house sale and purchase and was reassuringly professional, honest and friendly and gave us every confidence that we had appointed the right firm to handle our house move. Due to the incompetence of our buyer's Solicitor, our completion was delayed by 48 hours.
During this stressful and worrying time Jeanie and Sam worked over and above for us to ensure we finally got our keys. I will be forever grateful to Jeanie and Sam for all they have done for us. I highly recommend Austin & Carnley and we will be using them again for other matters in the future.

I highly recommend Austin & Carnley. They have helped me with two problems. One of them was a humungous headache. They sorted out what seemed to me a nightmare of a situation. The other problem, somewhat smaller, was also sorted out.

I got in touch with Mr Peacock who was extremely professional in the way to approach a new client, calling me after my inquiry on the website for free. Thereafter detailing that he would deal with my issue for a fixed rate including one face to face meeting and letter.
Mr Peacock welcomed me in person in a socially distanced 30 minutes interview during which we both agreed on the wording of the letter to send to the insurer. Not even 24h after the letter was sent, I received an email from the insurer stating that the claim against me was withdrawn and all the fees that were unduly charged to me would be refunded to me in its entirety by the end of the week.
I would definitely recommend using Austin Carnley services if you have similar kind of issues, and especially Mr Peacock from my personal experience with him.
