Our pricing for bringing and defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal 

Simple case: £7,350-£10,500 + VAT @20%

Medium case: £10,500 - £15,750 + VAT @20%

Complex case: £15,750 - £23.100 + VAT @20%

Factors:

 

  • If it is necessary to make or defend applications

  • Litigants in person

  • Costs applications

  • Disability issues

  • Number of witnesses and documents

  • Automatically unfair dismissal claims

  • Allegations of discrimination which as linked to the dismissal

  • Disbursements

  • Counsels fees £1500 to £4000 + VAT at 20%

  • and thereafter a daily rate of between £750 - £2000 + VAT at 20%

You case can take from between 26 to 52 weeks depending on the listings at the employment tribunal

SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS

These are usually paid by your employer on your behalf.  Out team can draft Settlement Agreements for employers.  Depending on complexity, our fees will be from £250 to £1,000 + VAT at 20%

We are offering 'Be Ready for Universal' packs for employers, to include a review of your employment contracts and Health and Safety.  Our fees for this will range from £500 to £1,000 + VAT at 20% depending on the size of the business.
