Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and since then has built up 36 years of experience in Matrimonial Law, Employment and Dispute Resolution.

Got in touch with Austin and Carnley following Citizens Advice’s recommendation.
I got in touch with Mr Peacock who was extremely professional in the way to approach a new client, calling me after my inquiry on the website for free. Thereafter detailing that he would deal with my issue for a fixed rate including one face to face meeting and letter.
My issue was an insurance claim following a road traffic collision that was unduly charged to me as the evidence provided to me clearly exonerated me.
I compiled on my side a dispute report that detailed the points I was contesting on their claim.
Mr Peacock welcomed me in person in a socially distanced 30 minutes interview during which we both agreed on the wording of the letter to send to the insurer.
Not even 24h after the letter was sent, I received an email from the insurer stating that the claim against me was withdrawn and all the fees that were unduly charged to me would be refunded to me in its entirety by the end of the week.
I would definitely recommend using Austin Carnley services if you have similar kind of issues, and especially Mr Peacock from my personal experience with him.
